If you're not satisfied with a Precision Bid Win purchase from Civil Vision Utilities, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to project purchases, the full library unlock and the annual plan.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or use "View receipts & billing" on your account page. You can also contact our support team.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, the access that purchase gave is removed: a refunded project credit can't be used, a refunded library unlock returns you to the starter library, and a refunded annual plan ends right away. Your saved projects are not deleted.
