Who is responsible

Civil Vision Utilities operates Precision Bid Win and is the controller of the personal data described here. That means we decide how and why it is used.

What we collect and why

• Account details (email, login credentials, Google sign-in profile): to create and secure your account. Basis: contract.
• Your content (drawings, projects, estimates, company info and logo you add): to provide the service. Basis: contract.
• Purchase records (what you bought and its status, not card details): to grant access. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, pages used, errors): for security, fraud prevention and improving the product. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages: to help you. Basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host the app, database, file storage and AI processing of your drawings.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, managing subscriptions, payments, tax and invoices.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep account data and content while your account is active. After it's closed we delete or anonymise it within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict some uses, and withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request, and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls that keep each user's projects private, and restricted administrative access.

Cookies

We only use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember your session. We don't use advertising cookies. You can clear this storage in your browser, which will sign you out.
